Shout out to Darius for excellent curbside delivery. Between the time of parking and my order coming out it started to down pour. Darius came out with a smile while putting our orders in our cars. I would definitely not want to be him today and continuously get soaked during my shift having to keep taking out orders. I was apologetic because it wasn't raining when I parked. But Darius, thank you for your kindness and smile especially because today was not pleasant. I am sorry you have to be miserable and soaking wet the rest of your shift.

People are very friendly.. store itself well it was clean.. clothing area was a mess.. grocery area Lots of stuff wasn't stocked.. including bread .. ice cream.. hamburger etc.. dogfood.. was this because it was a week end??

This is the second (and will be the LAST time) i have had an issue with a BJ's rotisserie chicken. A couple months ago I purchased a rotisserie chicken and when I went to my vehicle, I pulled a small piece of the crispy skin off of the chicken to taste. This revealed a dark brown textured mass which stretched across the top of the chicken breast and down an inch or so. I returned into the store to swap out my chicken and as I was exiting the girl at the door said "did you check this one?" Surprised to hear this, I said "do I need to?" on March 9th, I returned to BJ's to purchase a rotisserie chicken. To my disappointment there was only one on the shelf with half of the skin removed from it. The rotisserie employee offered to give me one of the slightly higher-priced chickens for the same price. I selected one of those three chickens which were very small and returned home with what I hoped would be a delicious birthday dinner. Similar to last time, as soon as I pulled the skin back of the chicken, I was repulsed. The same unusual dark brown matter was under the skin, however this time it was even worse. as I dug deeper into the chicken, there was red and yellow matter throughout.

To compare it to Sam's club is like comparing platinum to a knock off silver. Everything is way over priced so what's the point of being a member? Going back to being a Sam's club member. Although I gave the extra star because of the descent gas prices.

Compared to Sam’s Club, this place is terrible. I felt like I was walking into a old warehouse. The food layout here has to be the worse I’ve seen in any store I’ve been in and why are the carts located outside? This store needs a major remodel.
